It's a beautiful cozy old aesthetic hotel with home food and courteous staff, we enjoyed our stay With kids around we were happy to see how the staff catered to their need and always helpful we recommend your stay.

The Bara bungalow is a beautiful place and it is really well kept. There was a sense of calm and peace and the location is very scenic too. The rooms were artfully designed keeping the old charm alive. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to others too.

The food was so yummy, the staff members were so cooperative, the rooms were so clean, The ambiance was damn good and the architecture was superb, I would say if anyone wants to visit Haven that’s the place to go, Weather is another attraction, Rooms galleries are the USP, Bonefireuffff

A great stay in a unique and characterful hotel.

The Bara Bungalow was built around 1890 and is a wonderfully characterful place to stay. Very unique and old-fashioned in design, it was unlike anywhere else we stayed during our three weeks in India, and we really liked its quirkiness. It has wonderful views from a balcony overlooking a valley which changes in character as the sun moves around. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We were sorry to be only staying for one night. I need to mention Mr Kamal Singh Jeena who was not only incredibly helpful as I was booking our stay, but who also made sure everything went well during it. My wife and I both really appreciated his attention.

Happy Bungalow

It was our second visit to The Cottage ( that's what it was called in 2016). Now Bara Bungalow. The serenity was blissful. The weather invigorating and the three doggies were a delight. Damroo / Mayra & Whity, we're the cutest. The staff were polite & helpful… Raju Sharma was attentive and efficient. The food was simple, local but good. It was like time stood still, except for the wisteria, which had already bloomed & faded. This time we keenly watched the avian life around the valley and were delighted to see so many wonderful species of birds, so closely. A real paradise for bird lovers…

This place is a gem. This place is a gem with old rustic aesthetics. It was a delight to see the rooms, they were so spacious with a sit-out area. The food was very nice with warm hospitality. The staff was very prompt. Overall a very relaxing experience.

Thank you so much for making us feel at home. Must compliment the chef, helping staff and organising staff of the property. Amazing food, homely atmosphere! Few discrepancies were there which when discussed were well taken off. Appreciate it. Keep up the good job. See you soon!

We came here for a short break from our daily hectic WFH IT life and this short break became the best memory of our life thanks to Bara Bungalow. The hospitality is so good. This place is worth a second and third and fourth visit.
